At Custom Championship Belts, we take pride in our craftsmanship; however, due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, returns are generally only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If your belt arrives with an error or structural issue, we are committed to making it right through a repair or replacement process.

    Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos documenting the damage or manufacturing defect.

    Once approved, place the belt back in its original protective wrapping and shipping box to ensure no further damage occurs during transit.
